How to check for availalbiity:

1. Click on the tab for the room you would like to reserve.
2. The schedule will show colored blocks for times that the room is UNAVAILABLE.
3. Note the times that are available and will work for your needs and include those in your Space Rental Request.

Change the view

Click the "Week" button in the top right corner, to change the view to Month or Schedule.

Select a day or month

1. Click on the Month at the top of the calendar to open a dropdown view of the month.
2. Click on the left and right arrows to scroll through the months.
3. Click on a specific date to change the calendar view to that day.
